The aim of this training course is to manage the M365 administration platform.

• Discover features (Intune, Autopilot, endpoints, GPM, GAM)
• Understanding Exchange, SharePoint
• Understanding how admin Teams works
• Understanding how the Azure Active Directory service works
• Understanding and administering Azure AD Connect
• Managing Security

Title / Diploma / Certification prepared :

M365 Cloud Services Administrator: Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, EndPoint Manager.

Methods used :

• Theoretical training only or after tool integration and configuration
• No training aids (web-based tools)
• Device lifecycle and enrolment documentation

Prerequisites :

Azure AD, Microsoft 365, IT skills.

Assessment methods :

• Positioning interview / Self-assessment
• Satisfaction assessment (hot and cold)
• Post-training evaluation
